Workout With Me!

Do you find yourself needing to work out, but don't have the time?! Same here, but we've got to make the time! Here's an easy, quick 10 minute workout that we can do whenever we need to sweat a little, but don't have much time!



First and for most, Stretch! Super important for your body.

Do each of these for 30 seconds, and repeat two times.

1. Jumping Jacks - Get your heart pumping.

2. Crunches!

3. Squats!

4. More Jumping Jacks!

5. Side Plank!

6. Burpees!

7. Lunges!

8. Plank!

9. Jumping Jacks AGAIN lol!

10. Wall Sit!


And yet again, Stretch it out! This could be done in the mornings before your shower, for me whenever I do this I have more energy throughout the day, which is something I struggle with.

Hopefully this works for you, and you find the motivation to work out, as most of us need it. If you have it everyday, I don't know how you do it!!
