Wow! Kokie Cosmetics.. New Full Cover Foundation Review!

Today I'm doing a review on the fairly new Kokie Cosmetics Full Cover Foundation! It's available at select Rite Aid stores, and on their website.

The Packaging:

What intrigued me the most whenever I first saw in Rite Aid was the packaging!! It's SO sleek, beautiful, and a nice rose gold color. It instantly drew me in to learn more! The only thing I have to say is that the cap comes off fairly easily, so best to pick it up from that way. Maybe I got a defected one? Not to sure, but you could never tell with the way that it looks.

Claims:

On their website it claims to be a lightweight, long wearing, full coverage foundation complete with a seamless, silky matte finish. I must say it definitely is all it's claimed to be, with a few touch ups throughout the day, it looked so gorgeous on!

Price & Shade Range:

Retail price is $13, and currently comes in 18 shades. When I heard last, there was possibly other shades in development. The site says varying undertones, and the shades have either a W or C next to them, so I'm assuming Warm, or Cool. I got the shade 40W, which is NOT the correct shade for me, I'm so terrible at picking shades, but I make it work! Have to use my money's worth! I think I should've gotten 10W or 20C.

Application:

The bottle has a sleek, there's that word again.. (there is no other word for the packaging) pump, making it super easy to just pump on the back of your hand and go for it. I didn't apply this foundation with a brush, I used my trusty Juno Co Lemon Drop Sponge, and it gave me absolute FLAWLESS coverage.

How does it look? How does it wear?

With this foundation, I felt as if I had to instantly set it with powder, but once it was set and applied, it gave off a flawless, matte finish. Other then the minor setting issue, I LOVE IT!

Is it worth the money?!

I would say if your in the market for a new drugstore foundation, you should definitely give this one a try! Even if your not looking, it's a great foundation all around, and not too expensive either. If you end up trying it, tag me on Instagram "halesbeautyxfashion", so I can show you some love!
